President Melody Rose was interviewed by the Lake Oswego Review about Marylhurst University's successes and opportunities for growth in January 2015.
More than four decades after its construction, plans are underway to make Shoen Library the 21st century learning and meeting space that a modern university such as Marylhurst requires. We will soon embark on a capital campaign to provide a thorough and thoughtful renovation of Shoen Library that will address two pressing priorities:
- The need for an upgraded ADA-accessible entrance and facilities, and
- The need for collaborative learning spaces for students
