Gail Kiles Krumenauer, an economist with the state of Oregon's Workforce and Economic Research Division, will lead a career development workshop at Marylhurst University. She has new research to share from the future hiring survey of employers in Oregon and will supply projections for the six-month period that ends April 2011. In addition, she will share new research which in indicates that job applicants need to exceed minimum qualifications in this tough market. She will reveal what it takes to be seen as a competitive applicant.
