President Johansen Speaks at Forum

Marylhurst President Judi Johansen will be one of four panelists at the Portland Business Alliance's forum, A Conversation with the Region's Private University Leaders, on February 20, 2013.

With education at the top of the alliance's public policy list, leaders from several of the region's top private universities will discuss their role in the overall education system and the education reform efforts underway at the state level. Attendees will learn how these higher education leaders and their institutions are shaping the region's future.

Johansen will be joined by Jane Atkinson, provost, Lewis & Clark College; Rev. E. William Beauchamp, president, University of Portland; and John Kroger, president, Reed College.

At the Portland Business Alliance's forum breakfasts, business and civic leaders engage in thoughtful discussion about the issues impacting business and our region.
