Jay Ponteri’s Memoir Receives National Attention

From the San Francisco Chronicle to Chicago's WBEZ radio, English faculty Jay Ponteri's memoir Wedlocked is garnering national attention.

In the San Francisco Chronicle's Sunday Books section on May 5, 2013, Wedlocked was selected for a regular feature on intriguing new books.

The podcast UniVerse on Chicago's public radio WBEZ included an interview with Ponteri in April 2013 about "the truth of his life and marriage."

Writer Anya Groner interviewed Ponteri for the May issue of Bookslut.com, a national literary magazine and daily blog for serious readers.

Oregon Humanities' spring 2013 issue featured Wedlocked — "an alarmingly frank memoir" — among new books by Oregon authors.
