Joanne Radmilovich Kollman Wins Best in Show

Art alum Joanne Radmilovich Kollman won the Best in Show award at the Oregon Society of Artists' fall 2013 juried exhibition.

Her winning painting, The Red Hat, is currently on exhibit in Marylhurst University's Mayer Art Gallery through November 27, as part of the annual alumni art exhibition.

Another Kollman painting, Circular Thinking, is on exhibit through November 16 at the Around Oregon Annual at the Arts Center in Corvallis.

Kollman's new work is generously funded by a Regional Art and Cultural Council artistic focus grant, awarded to projects that "demonstrate high artistic quality, innovation, creativity in programming and excellence in artist selection."

Joanne Radmilovich Kollman earned a BFA in Art from Marylhurst University. Her work ranges from commercial illustration to etchings and oil paintings.
