Ric Stephens, business faculty, presented at a symposium on urban planning at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich in 2014.
From June 30 to July 1, the institute hosted 25 international city planners for a symposium titled Ten Years of Urban Planning Advisory Teams: Results and Effects.
Stephens participated as a representative of the United States. He has led international planning teams in Rijswijk, Netherlands and in Wuhan, China.
The symposium's outcome will be published in 2015, to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the International Society of City and Regional Planners.
Ric Stephens is a faculty member in the School of Business at Marylhurst University. He teaches courses in urban planning fundamentals and international management in the MBA in Sustainable Business program.
