In March, our Executive Search Firm, 180one, developed a preliminary pool of presidential candidates and presented its findings to the Search Committee. With guidance from 180one, the Committee initiated a review of the candidates in order to identify a small number of semi-finalists who will be invited to screening interviews during April. The outcome of the screening interviews will be the selection of finalists for full campus interviews with the members of the Marylhurst University community.
