Marina A. Britsky Selected for Katrina Rebuilding ProjectKaiser Permanente selected Marina A. Britsky for the volunteer team working on the Katrina Gulf Coast Rebuilding Project, January 20-26, 2008, in New Orleans. Ms. Britsky was one of 60 people selected for two rebuilding projects in areas devastated by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. She was chosen from 700 applicants who represented all eight regions of the Kaiser Permanente enterprise. Marina was selected based on her history of volunteerism and community service with organizations such as Intel's International Science & Engineering Fair, NIKE's International World Games, Habitat for Humanity, and Healthcare Without Harm part of Hospitals for a Healthy Environment (H2E). Ms. Britsky is part of the Enterprise Operations with Kaiser Permanente's Information Technology Division and CEO and Founder of AppleGate and Associates Business Consultants. As a published author and professional speaker, Ms. Britsky speaks on positive change management, service development and planning and adopting customers into your think-tank.
