Returning to College Workshop
for Women
Melanie Booth, Lynn Brown and Jackie Fowler will present a workshop at the Women to Women Conference on September 18, 2008.
The presentation is entitled Lifelines, Learning and Livelihoods: Returning to College with Intention.
Participants in this interactive workshop will learn about factors to consider when returning to or starting college, including financial, emotional, spiritual and educational aspects. Through activities and discussion, participants will also reflect on the role of life transitions in designing personal, educational and professional goals.
The 2008 Woman to Woman Conference will be held at at Portland State University's Native American Student and Community Center.
