MBA alum William A. Swanson has joined the performance improvement and profitability solutions team of Avant Advisory Group, a management consulting firm.
Swanson is a seasoned sales and marketing executive and experienced consultant with over 20 years of combined industrial and consulting experience with both middle-market and large, national firms. He is skilled in financial modeling and simulation, strategic management, and quality programs that include Baldridge and ISO 9000-2000. Mr. Swanson is the only Oracle-authorized Six Sigma consultant partner in southern California.
Avant Advisory Group provides specialty services relating to: turnarounds, restructurings, crisis, insolvency and bankruptcy management; merger and acquisitions advisory; and forensics and litigation support.

Swanson holds a master in business management from Marylhurst University and a bachelor of science from Bradley University's School of Mechanical Engineering and Technology. He obtained his Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from the University of Michigan.
