Regional Conference for Higher Education Business Educators

The International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE) will hold its 2009 fall conference at Marylhurst University on Monday, November 9.

Two new exhibitions will open at The Art Gym on Sunday, November 8 with a gallery talk at 3 p.m. followed by a free public reception for the artists from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The Art Gym's main space features 12 mixed media sculptures by Washington-based artist Io Palmer. African-born, Portland-based artist Modou Dieng will present a series of collages in The Art Gym's Gallery 2. Both exhibitions continue through December 13. Admission is free.

Marylhurst Welcomes Record Enrollment, Launches New Strategic Plan

Workshop to Address Innovative Coaching Trends for the Workplace

Rose Milbeck of inviteCHANGE, an international coaching training program, will speak at a professional development workshop exploring innovative coaching trends Friday, October 16, 8:30 a.m. to noon at Marylhurst University. A luncheon hosted by Marylhurst's Alumni Mentor Program will follow. Cost for the workshop is $25 and includes a workbook; the luncheon is free. Registration is required. Networking Breakfast to Address the State of the Economy
