Life / Work Planning

Marylhurst regularly offers classes designed to develop skills and strategies for classroom, personal and professional success.

CAR 431 Career Management
In this upper-division course, you will create a portfolio of career management resources, useful and now and in the future. You'll learn to be proactive, not reactive, in designing creative strategies for realizing your true potential and life's work.

CAR 492 Preparing for Graduate School
This one-credit interactive online workshop is designed for Marylhurst undergraduates who are considering going to graduate school. You will identify factors that need to be considered when applying to graduate school, research specific programs you are interested in and develop a graduate school action plan.
