Certificate in Training & Development

Do you love coaching? Empowering others to do what they do better? Are you considering a new career as a professional trainer or consultant?

Our training and development certificate program will prepare you for careers in training, training design or consulting. You can earn your certificate in just nine months.

Through our courses, you'll learn to:

  • Plan, develop, analyze and evaluate training and development needs and processes
  • Create an effective adult learning environment
  • Present information using a variety of instructional techniques, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures
  • Incorporate online tools and systems into your trainings

Most students complete the program in nine months, as follows:

plus one elective

Possible career paths in training, consulting and coaching include positions such as corporate trainer, computer training specialist, job training specialist, management development specialist, e-learning developer and technical trainer.
