Maximize Credit for Prior Learning

You have learned a great deal though your life experience, much of it equivalent to college-level learning.  We can help translate that prior learning into academic credit.

Interdisciplinary students are incredibly varied, but interdisciplinary studies students typically earn an average of 30 credits through Marylhurst's Prior Learning Assessment program. This is an extremely cost effective alternative — saving as much as $300 per credit.

As an interdisciplinary major, you design your degree around your passions, your existing credits and your professional and personal goals. Prior Learning Assessment helps you clarify those goals and links your life experience to your unfolding academic journey.
