About

Kathy Casson's background is in marine biology. Over the years she has worked for a university-associated marine laboratory, an environmental consulting firm and state and city government. Her work has taken her on foreign fishing vessels, as well as on aerial and underwater surveys.

She recently retired from the Portland Water Bureau, where she worked in Water Quality.
