About

John Cullicott is retired from the managing editor position at the Los Angeles Times-Washington Post News Service. He has written numerous articles and commentaries on social policy, outdoor recreation and family issues. His professional experience includes corporate executive communications, senior management decision-making and worldwide electronic distribution of information. While serving in the U.S. Army, he wrote extensively about military issues for worldwide publication in civilian and armed forces periodicals.
