Anthropology Concentration

Anthropology examines how culture structures and gives meaning to our individual lives, as as well as to human experience cross-culturally.

Because of the multidisciplinary foundation of our BA in Social Sciences program, the anthropology concentration will help prepare you for professional work that focuses on the human diversity and cross-cultural issues in the non-profit sector, the legal system, community development and grassroots organizing, public relations and administration, and applied research.

In the anthropology concentration, you'll take the following courses, for a total of 18 credits:
