About
Barry is an attorney with the Bonneville Power Administration, an agency within the United States Department of Energy. He previously was an Assistant Attorney General and an Administrative Law Judge for the State of Oregon, and spent several years in private practice. He has extensive experience in the field of business and professional ethics, and has taught courses in legal ethics and corporate social responsibility at Willamette University and the University of Portland in addition to his teaching at Marylhurst. He has published a number of articles in the field and is a contributor to the Encyclopedia of Business Ethics and Society. He is also a founding member and original Chairman of Selection Committee for the Oregon Ethics Business Awards.
