Eileen's law practices focuses on the unique needs of local government entities, and she has more than a decade of experience working with special districts, cities and counties. She's among the most experienced attorneys in Oregon in the area of special district formations and dissolutions, and other local government boundary changes.
- Teaches frequent seminars to city, county and special district staff and elected officials
- Lead attorney in the creation of the City of Damascus, at the time Oregon's first new city in about 30 years
- Teaches SUS 550 (Environmental Law)
