Gary is special projects director for White Hat Communications, a Pennsylvania publishing and nonprofit consulting organization. A graduate of the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, he's a former executive director of the Pennsylvania Jewish Coalition; senior legislative assistant to two members of Congress; news reporter; and lobbyist. He is widely published in the field of nonprofit management.
