Gordon served as an officer in the U.S. Marines and held senior-level positions with Nike, Sequent and CorVel. He currently is the CEO for Captus5, a leadership and technology consulting group focused on developing authentic leaders, building high performing teams, and unfolding the power of information technology to help organizations achieve results.
He has published journal articles on topics related to authentic leadership.
Gordon has coached Varsity sports as a head Girls Basketball Coach, and an Assistant Football Coach/Offensive Coordinator for championship teams.
