Jascia, the associate director of a private foundation, has held executive-level positions in both the private and nonprofit sectors. She has offered consulting services to several private and community foundations, and has extensive experience in grantwriting, grantmaking, nonprofit development and nonprofit marketing. Jascia is pursuing a Ph.D. in organization and management.
