About

An adjunct instructor at Marylhurst since 2010, Lloyd Wright teaches Business Writing and Real Estate Principles and Marketing. He is the Press Secretary and Media Strategist to the Mayor of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Wright has over 30 years experience on air in broadcast news and television network affiliate management in Oklahoma and Colorado. He has worked for ABC Wild World of Sports and served on the CBS News Caucus in New York City.

In 2004 Wright was accepted into a Graduate program in International Journalism, Media and Cultural Studies at Cardiff University in Cardiff Wales, U.K. He received is M.A. in 2006. He holds a B.S .in Journalism from Oklahoma State University.

Throughout the years Wright has maintained a parallel career in real estate sales, both commercial and residential, development and both commercial and multi-family management. He is licensed as a broker in Oklahoma, Colorado and Oregon.
