Stephen is president and CEO of Rose Courier Express and has more than 20 years of business experience. He has presented internationally on the intergenerational workplace, and how the various generations interact and relate.
- Teaches two MBA courses (Organizational Behavior and Ethical Organizational Leadership) and one undergraduate course (Managing Dynamic Environments) in the B.S. in Business Management program
- Areas of research and teaching interest include leadership development, spiritual leadership, organizational ethics, organizational behavior, management theory practice and quality management
