Dave Worsley is a hands-on professional with over 25 years of experience working within global manufacturing and service companies. He has worked in Europe and the USA in progressive Engineering and Continuous Improvement roles. Dave is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Operational Excellence practitioner. He specializes in coaching strategic energy management, project management, 5S, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. His emphasis is on process and maturity mapping, cost reduction programs, engineering productivity, and statistics for quality and process control. Dave currently works full-time at Triple Point Energy where he coaches Energy Trust of Oregon customers to adopt energy management as part of their strategic business efforts. Prior to Triple Point Energy, Dave was Director of Operations Effectiveness at Insidetrack.
