Clinical Assessment by Graphic Means
Clinical Practice: Counseling Skills in Art Therapy Practice
Adolescent and Young Adult Development, Psychopathology and Art Therapy/Counseling
Professional Orientation & Ethics: Pre-Practicum Seminar

First Year: Spring (14 crs.)

Group Dynamics, Processes, Counseling & Art Therapy
Cross-Cultural Counseling & Art Therapy
Professional & Clinical Practices in Art Therapy/Counseling
Adult Development, Psychopathology & Art Therapy/Counseling

Second Year: Clinical Practicum (18 crs.)

Practicum/Seminar 3
In the second year, the student will enter an intensive practicum in a clinical setting, spending 240 hours at the site each term (fall, winter and spring), provide 12 hours of direct art therapy services weekly. The art therapy counseling faculty will work closely with each student in the placement process and provide support through individual consultation during the practicum.
