About

Ann retired from the Hillsboro School District following 31 years of service as a teacher, principal and central office administrator. She continues to serve Oregon's public schools as a school improvement specialist for the Northwest Regional ESD, where she collaborates with teachers and administrators from Washington, Clatsop, Columbia and Tillamook counties to improve student performance through effective practices. Her doctoral dissertation focused on principal perceptions about school practices that promote student success.
