About

Deb is principal of Springwater Environmental School. Previously, she was a teacher on special assignment and national-level guided language acquisition design staff developer for North Clackamas School District. In this role, she provided leadership and staff development to implement GLAD as a building-wide model. She also provided support for instructional assistants and English-as-a-second- language teachers.

Deb has consulted broadly in the region on the topic of English language development, with a focus on sheltered instruction, and has served as a school district coordinator assisting families who are experiencing homelessness.
