Religion Graduate Programs

Marylhurst University offers advanced degrees in applied pastoral theology and divinity. 

As a graduate religious studies student, you will pursue spiritual, personal and professional enrichment, intellectual growth as well as skill sets for pastoral practice that will prepare you for ministerial advancement, community involvement and leadership.

Courses in the master's programs are offered for the working adult with classes scheduled on weekdays, evenings, weekends and online.

The graduate religion program is an associate member of the Association of Theological Schools (ATS).

Dr. Garry Jost, religious studies faculty, presided over a session and gave two presentations at the Annual Meetings of the Society of Biblical Literature and the American Academy of Religion in November 2015 in Atlanta.
