LaRhonda Steele and her band kick off the second half of the World Voices season with an evening of blues like only LaRhonda can deliver.
Known in the region as the mistress of "irresistible soul", Ms. Steele and her band appear annually at Portland's Waterfront Blues Festival and other musical events in the area.
