The Marylhurst University Business Department is proud to partner with the Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce and host their summer series of professional development seminars.
Topic for July: Discovering Your Memory Power
Featured Speaker: David Shoup
A trainer with Freedom Personal Development, David has helped train thousands of business professionals, from all walks of life, develop an instant recall memory for names, presentations, and information. Corporations such as Harley-Davidson, State Farm Insurance, Wells Fargo, and The National Association of Realtors have all given rave reviews for the life-changing skills David will share.. In the program, titled "Discovering Your Memory Power," David will show you how having a trained memory can make you more money, reduce stress, and save you time.
Biography As an actor, David Shoup has played everything from Captain Hook to the Sheriff of Nottingham. But his role as a speaker with Freedom Personal Development is his most rewarding. David's programs - infused with humor, enthusiasm, and motivation - inspire others to maximize their potential and achieve their goals. David has traveled the world as a first class motivator. His experience includes working with the U.S. troops in Iraq as the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Coordinator. There, he created and oversaw numerous programs designed to boost the troops' spirits.

Cost of lunch for Marylhurst University faculty, staff, and students is $10, other non-Chamber members are $20.
