Become a MentorThank you for considering becoming a mentor! Our students and recent alumni need your support in order to further their personal and professional development. We greatly appreciate your willingness to give back to the Marylhurst community. How To Join
1) Complete the Mentor Application. The Program Coordinator will email content that explains what is expected and encouraged from you as a new mentor. We will also address any questions that you may have about mentoring. How It Works: Simple as 1, 2, 3!
1) We will create your profile and post it on the secure my.marylhurst.edu site, accessible to students and alumni via login. Mentees will notify us if you are requested as a mentor. 2) We will send the mentee's profile to you, at which point you will have the option to confirm the mentorship. Once you have confirmed, we will give your contact information to the mentee, who will contact you to arrange your first meeting. 3) Visit the Resource Center for useful tools to plan your first meeting with your mentee. Contact the Program Coordinator if you are in need of any additional resources or information. | |||||||
