BA in Cultural Studies
In the Cultural Studies program at Marylhurst, students explore how social, political, ethical and economic issues of the present are shaped by the past and how our study of the past is influenced by the present. Cultural Studies is much more than cultural appreciation; it is the interdisciplinary study of popular culture, historical identity, politics, film, ethnicity, gender, technology, media and other consequential issues.
