Our graduates often pursue careers in property valuation, mortgage finance, investment management, property management, marketing and development/construction. This bachelor’s degree also prepares you for graduate-level work in real estate studies, including Marylhurst’s MBA in Real Estate program.

Business and finance occupations (including within real estate) continue to grow at a faster rate than most industries with an expected growth of 8 percent in the next decade (based on the Bureau of Labor Statistics).  Most occupations require a bachelor’s degree in business or real estate, and the average median salary is just over $60,000 a year.
