The Marylhurst University Teacher Leadership Certificate is for working professionals in the field of education and is comprised of 18 credits of focused graduate coursework toward the development of proficiency based leadership skills.
Our program in teacher leadership also serves as one of the major concentrations in Marylhurst University’s Master of Education degree as well as serving the professional development needs of post-master's candidates. It is a unique area of study and one that has been prominently identified in recent research literature about school change and instructional improvement.

It is our intention to offer one course per academic quarter with the Practicum experience beginning Winter term by arrangement with Marylhurst and your school district. Of course, depending on enrollment, we will continue to offer our courses on a recurring basis.
