Electronic Filing OptionIf you prefer to file electronically, you may complete the VA Form (22-1990 or 22-1995) at the VA Online Application (VONAPP) Web site. If you file online, please send copies of your signature page/confirmation form to the Certifying Official in the Financial Aid Office at Marylhurst University.
