Apply for VA Education Benefits: Qualifying Veteran
If you are the qualifying veteran, there are two forms you need to complete to receive veterans education benefits while attending classes at Marylhurst University.

1. Rights & Responsibilities Form
Complete the
Marylhurst VA Education Benefits Rights & Responsibilities Form.
- Send the completed and signed original to:

Financial Aid Office

- Keep a copy for your records.
2. New Application - or - Change in Place of Training
If you have NEVER received these benefits before, complete
Form 22-1990: Application for VA Education Benefits.
If you have received these benefits while at another institution in the past, complete
Form 22-1995: Request for Change of Program or Place of Training.

Electronic Filing Option
If you prefer to file electronically, you may complete the VA Form (22-1990 or 22-1995) at the VA Online Application (VONAPP) Web site.
If you file online, please send copies of your signature page/confirmation form to the Certifying Official in the Financial Aid Office at Marylhurst University.
Certifying Your Enrollment
When the Marylhurst University Financial Aid Office has received your completed forms and has verified your registration for the appropriate term, Marylhurst's VA Certifying Official will certify your enrollment with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
