DANTES Subject Standardized Tests (DSST)The DSST (DANTES Subject Standardized Tests) Program is a nationally recognized testing program that provides students the opportunity to earn college credit through a variety of lower and upper division level examinations. FeesFees for DANTES are $100 per exam. Make checks payable to Marylhurst University. Score ReportsDANTES exams are sent to Thomson Prometric for scoring. Two score reports will be issued: one to the student and one to the institution. To have the score report mailed to Marylhurst, the code 9743 must be entered on the answer sheet. Test scores are usually mailed to Marylhurst within four to five weeks of the test date. Credits for exams successfully completed will be recorded as transfer credit on students' Marylhurst transcripts. Test SitesMarylhurst is not an open testing site only admitted, degree-seeking students are eligible to take DANTES exams at Marylhurst. Marylhurst students living outside the Portland metropolitan region may find local test sites by visiting the DANTES Web site. | |||||||

Admitted Marylhurst degree students may arrange to take DANTES examinations at Marylhurst. Registration forms are available in the Center for Experiential Learning and Assessment. Group testing dates are scheduled at least once per term.
