LRN 284 Effective Procrastination

Students who write class papers at the last minute, put off returning phone calls, clean their house or office from top to bottom before doing assignments, or get so involved in a new project that everyone and everything around them suffers may be engaged in a form of behavior known as procrastination. When it comes to procrastination, people have at least three choices: 1) use procrastination effectively; 2) break the procrastination habit; or 3) continue mindless procrastination which sabotages goals and creates havoc in business and personal relationships. Students at any level will benefit from this course. 2 credits.
