Key directions for graduating students
Graduates should arrive by 9 a.m. to check in. The ceremony will last about two hours. No tickets are needed. The ceremony is free and you may invite as many guests as you like. Be sure to bring your cap, gown and tassel. Beyond that, the less you bring to the ceremony the better. Have a friend or family member hold your purse or bag.
Balloons are not permitted inside the Oregon Convention Center. Please advise your guests not to bring balloons.
Transportation to commencement
Parking is available around the Oregon Convention Center. Just plan ahead to give yourself time to find appropriate parking.

For master's and bachelor's candidates Marylhurst's baccalaureate is a Catholic Mass celebrated to give thanks for the achievements of the graduates, to ask God's blessing on their future and to honor the event of graduation.
All bachelor's and master's candidates are invited to attend. Graduates are encouraged to wear their caps and gowns. Family and friends are welcome, but please be aware that space is limited.
