Admission Requirements
Admission requirements for the MA in Applied Theology and Master of Divinity programs are the same.
Applications are accepted each term with no deadlines; the process generally takes 4 to 8 weeks.
- Application and fee to University
- Results of Millers Analogies Test
- Résumé
- Autobiography (2 to 3 pages)
- Personal Statement (2 to 3 pages)
- Three letters of recommendation
- Official transcripts for all undergraduate and graduate coursework
- Admission Interview
The interview is designed to clarify whether Marylhurst's Religious Studies graduate program is a good match for the applicant's academic, professional and personal gifts, interests and calls.
Transfer Credits
Students must complete a minimum of 45 graduate credits at Marylhurst. Applicants may have previous coursework evaluated for possible credit transfer by the Chair of Religious Studies. Transferable credits must have a grade of B or better.
