Request Equipment

Borrowing Equipment

Faculty may pick up equipment at the Circulation Desk in the library or request that library staff deliver the requested equipment to the Marylhurst University Reception Desk in BP John Administration Building for pick-up. Faculty must have a Marylhurst ID card to check out equipment.

Returning Equipment

Equipment should be returned to the library's Circulation Desk. If your class ends at a time when the library is closed, you may leave equipment with the Marylhurst University receptionist in BP John Administration Building.

Troubleshooting

Media Services regularly checks equipment in the classrooms to ensure that it is functional, but there may be a time when something doesn't work. Test the equipment at the beginning of class to make sure the equipment is functioning properly. Contact Media Services in the event of a problem with equipment in the classroom.
