The following policies outline borrowing terms for materials from Summit libraries. Most materials may be renewed once unless the renewal is not allowed by the lending library.

Visiting Patrons from Summit Member Libraries
Current patrons of Summit member libraries may borrow Shoen Library materials. Visiting patrons must present their library cards upon check out, and loan periods are assigned by the rules of a visiting patron's home library. Summit patrons may also return their materials at Shoen Library.
