The ITS (Information Technology Services) Help Desk provides a centralized first point of contact for any technology need or question. We support our students, faculty, and staff.
When you email or call the help desk we will do our best to assist you or put you in touch with the right person. Every interaction creates a support ticket in our system that we can then track and follow-up with.
ITS provides training and support for on-campus technology, classrooms, labs, and systems including our LMS (Moodle), our Collaboration Tools (Google Apps and Zoom), and other technologies.
