There are two instructional computing labs in the ground floor of Shoen Library, the Design Lab and the Teaching Lab. Both contain Apple iMac computers, capable of dual booting into either Microsoft Windows or Mac OS X. All lab computers are internet connected and have access to both color and black & white printers.
The lab computers are available for drop-in use when classes are not in session. The lab schedules are posted outside the lab door and online.

The design lab is only available to students who are enrolled in specific interior design and photography classes. It houses nine workstations and one teaching station with digital projection. There are four professional imaging high quality Epson printers.
The following software is only available in the Design Lab:
The teaching lab has 18 work stations and one teaching station with digital projection. There is one professional imaging high quality Epson printer and one black and white laser available.

There are four professional quality Epson printers. Please pay for all prints at the Circulation Desk.
*Note*:The lab computers are not intended to be a place to store your files. Since they may be lost, we recommend purchasing an external device to copy your files onto (USB memory stick or an external hard drive).
All files will be removed by ITS Help Desk staff at the end of the quarter.
