Faculty Support

One of our most important roles as librarians is supporting our faculty in their teaching.

Reference librarians are available to visit classrooms or host classes in the library computer lab to discuss and demonstrate the academic research process.

Laptops and projectors are available to support instruction.

Two computer labs – the Teaching Lab and Design Lab – may be reserved. Computer lab schedules are posted online. For a one-time reservation, contact Shoen Library staff. For a term-length course, contact the registrar.

Instructors may have materials set aside as reserves for short-term use by students.

Locked study carrels are available for short-term use on a quarterly basis.

Faculty may suggest materials for purchase.

A portable labyrinth is available for classroom use. It is held at the Circulation Desk. Download Guidelines for Labyrinth Use.

If you have any questions, concerns or suggestions, our staff would love to hear from you.
