Patricia Allen Featured in Best of Gastronomica
An article by Dr. Patricia Allen, food systems & society department chair, was selected for inclusion in a "best of" retrospective issue of the esteemed journal Gastronomica.
Our growing digital collections include the Marylhurst Digital Thesis Collection and The Art Gym Catalog Collection.
Students in the graduate departments of interdisciplinary studies and religious studies are eligible to provide a digital copy of a thesis for the collection.
When submitting a thesis, you will be asked to complete the intellectual property release form. A completed form permits Marylhurst University to publish the thesis online; it does not transfer ownership of copyright. You may deliver the completed form to your department's program assistant or to the library's reference desk.
