With reverence to the history of art, architecture and the societal needs of built environments, Marylhurst’s B.F.A. in Interior Design emphasizes the modern design media, technology and collaborative work environments that influence today’s interior design industry. The Marylhurst B.F.A. in Interior Design was the first of its kind in the Portland metro area accredited by the Council for Interior Design Accreditation; building over the years an alumni of exceptional program graduates. Internships and hands-on coursework immerse students within the industry to accrue relevant experience in preparation for the workforce.
