Two Degree Pathways to Focus your Degree

Earn your Master of Education choosing from one of two curriculum degree pathways:

  Teacher Leadership Pathway
The Teacher Leadership pathway includes the teacher leadership core courses plus focused study in curriculum and instruction, ESOL (with ESOL Endorsement) or Reading (with Reading Endorsement).

  Customized Pathway
A customized pathway can be designed for students with unique professional experience and/or goals.

Robust curriculum will develop your ability to positively impact the most pressing educational issues including the opportunity and achievement gap caused by complex social, economic and historical factors. Commit to sharpening your skills in reading instruction and gain advanced strategies to engage students whose first language is not English.

Current graduate tuition for the Master of Education program is $560 per credit and most courses are three credits. The Master of Education program is a minimum of 45 credits in length for an approximate total program cost (based on current tuition) of $25,200. Most students complete their Master of Education in 2 years.
