Dana Smith – Presenter
Coach, business leader and author Dana Smith will lead you through lecture, exercises and discussion designed to give you the emotional resiliency you need to survive – and thrive – in times of organizational change.
Dana works with a wide range of clients from start-ups and Fortune 500 companies including aerospace, defense, technology and hospitality organizations. She practices consciousness coaching and cultural leadership development. As adjunct faculty at Marylhurst University, she pioneered coaching and leadership development courses.
Prior to establishing her coaching practice, Dana was a managing partner in a successful sales and marketing consulting company. Dana is also the author of the transformational book, Gifts From Garrett, and co-founder of Garrett’s Space, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing life skills for young people.
