Current Federal Work Study Openings at Marylhurst

Building Monitor & Administrative Assistant (Work Study)
Monitor the entry/exit of people and their use of music / computer equipment in the St. Catherine building outside office hours, typically between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm from Monday to Thursday. Administrative support on flexible schedule also needed for ad-hoc projects.  It’s a bonus if you love music, creative arts and counseling therapies.

Help Desk Assistant (Work Study)
Help Desk Assistants are the first contact for most technology related issues with the entire Marylhurst Community. You will be a member of a dynamic and fun team that loves to provide service to others! Help Desk Assistants are responsible for providing first level tech support with university technology including things like Google Apps, computer labs, and classroom A/V. Projects and other duties may be assigned as available.

Library Circulation Assistant (Work Study)
Work at circulation desk, check library materials in and out, answer telephones, shelve books, general housekeeping of books and other materials.

Marysville Elementary School Tutor (Work Study)
Marylhurst University Federal Work-Study student will act as an America Reads tutor for Marysville Elementary School in SE Portland.

Note Taker (Work Study)
Responsible for taking class notes for one or more students with this ADA accommodation each time the class meets throughout the term.
